After the NFDA Convention in Orlando next month, I’ll head off to Key West to present “Tried and True Marketing and Merchandising Techniques” to attendees at a OGR seminar, held November 9-12.

If you’re an OGR member, make plans to attend my talk, where we’ll discuss ideas like “Good, Better, Best” marketing and techniques to market funeral products and aftercare goods within the public areas of your facility.

The event is being held at the Casa Marina Resort and Beach Club in Key West.  The three half-days of training will also include presentations on profit management, 21st century funeral home design and more.
